Just made my little note of the things he's eaten today and realised they all being with C! Croissant, cucumber stick, chip, courgette polpette (recipe from the River Cottage Baby and Toddler Cookbook)
Ross was at home for breakfast this morning and as we were having croissants I thought I'd let Alexander try some too!
Out for lunch with a friend so I gave him one of my chips to try - it's worth noting the pub we were in does home made chunky chips (fries for US friends) so it was more like a roast potato rather than a greasy chip.
The Courgette polpette used to be a hit with Annabel so I thought I'd let him try them - he basically smushed them in his hands, around the tray and then threw bits on the floor! Don't be disheartened if you feel like all you do is think about food, prepare food and then clean up food for the first few weeks/months - it's worth it in the long run trust me! Just stick with it and trust your baby to guide you through
Shower curtain has been ordered as I am fed up with crawling around the floor with baby wipes! 3.99 from amazon prime for a shower curtain liner - cheapest I could find!
Here's some pictures of today's fun:

Crazy week! You know what thats like right!
So here in a nutshell is monday to wednesday.
Monday - Porridge - Melon - Chicken
Tuesday - Fruity French Toast Rolls (from Baby led weaning app) Banana , beef and pasta (last nights left overs) and custard (he loved this!), squash and pork meatball risotto (BBC good food) - on Tuesday I had Annabel home from Nursery as she had been poorly in the night.
